It's a nice, family hotel because of the space. The location is great. I would say the place is a little outdated and could use a real 'deep' clean, but I would stay here again if I ever came back.
The rooms are great: clean, beautiful, large, nicely decorated, comfort plus! We call the Lodge & they are helpful & family friendly. We have taken out dogs so we request a walk out room [pet rate is very reasonable]. The grounds are beautiful & of course views of the lake. They have an inside pool & outside pool & hot tub. This is our fav place to stay in Lake Chelan. Breakfast is options are great.
Our family spent the weekend at the Lakeside Lodge, and we will definitely be going back! We were impressed by the friendly service, the cleanliness, and all the amenities. We enjoyed full breakfasts, including eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, and bagels. Having access to an Outdoor and indoor pool with a hot tub was a plus!
My first time staying here, for a nearby wedding. Large property with nice lake views. Both outdoor and indoor pools, free breakfast. Nice location on the south shore close to wineries and lots of the attractions and recreation activities. Rooms are a little old with black water stains in the tub and there were some spider webs along the edges of the ceiling. I also could not find a way to turn off my balcony's light so I had to close the drapes to block out the light at night. The rooms could use a little bit more upkeeping but otherwise a decent hotel.
All sort of services are great and they have all the stuff available you need while you stay out...staff is so friendly and place is clean with great view from the room overall in that price range this is the you need for your stay ....
I had a fantastic stay at Lakeside Lodge and Suites! The rooms were incredibly spacious and spotless every corner felt fresh and well kept. I especially loved the sunset pool view, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to wind down after a full day. Breakfast was terrific a great variety and perfect for starting the day energized. The location is unbeatable, right by the lake with easy, accessible parking, which made everything super convenient. I really enjoyed taking long morning walks by the water, and later we went jet skiing definitely out of my comfort zone, but so much fun and worth every second! And a big shoutout to the amazing customer service the staff were warm, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
Good location and good service. The rooms could use some upgrades. A few things in our room were not working properly, but they fixed it as soon as we reported them.
I had a wonderful stay at the Lakeside lodge. This was my second time there. The rooms are clean. The balcony is towards the lake. The breakfast is ok. Nothing to talk about there. But the location is quite good. You can walk along the lake. The person at the reception Christian was very friendly and helpful.
